Summer is the perfect time to dig in to deep reading. Arendt’s “Origins of Totalitarianism” may be a bit much for the beach, but there are lots of readable classics and new titles that could make your summer reading a transformative experience. Our host philosophers ask a few of their past guests what they’ll be reading – or writing – this summer, and they also take suggestions from listeners around the country. Let us know what’s on your summer reading list by sending an email to books@philosophytalk.org.
